A Different Day Video Bibliography

Production Notes Finally, I was able to shot my own short video. This video was completed on 1st Jan 1999. It is based on a comic strip I drawn when I was serving my National Service in the early 1990s. It really took a long time before it reaches the screenplay form which was written within a few hours. Then it took a few more months before even shooting begins as I was having some difficulty finding talents to act in the video.

It was thru' some friends introduction that I found two performer and the third is actually one of my client I got acquinted where I work. After that it was assembling the crew and it was no easy task either. A few friends who was actually involved with my earlier video productions turned up and everything went quite smoothly after that.

The video was shot entirely using the Panasonic EZ-1 miniDV camera and then transferred to Betacam SP, it is then offlined and the footage later being graded in a telecine suite. The offline and online was done on the Avid MC 1000 system. All the sound effects and ambience are post recorded and mixed on the Avid as well.
